Ronald Lincoln Washington, better known by his stage name Ronnie Lincoln, is a referee currently working for the Professional Grappling Association. Colloquially known as "the black ref," Washington joined the company in February of 2009 as a part of the post-unionization PGA. He is known for his loose enforcement of the rules, and was heavily criticized by management and the PGA Omniverse after an incident involving Brutal Chambers and Brandon O'Brien at 2009's Crossfire pay-per-view. Washington briefly attended the Pro Graps Academy, taking a referee position after failing to make it through training.
