Crowning a Champion's Waist is the Professional Grappling Association's premiere wrestling pay-per-view. The event premiered on March 23, 1986 in Washington, D.C. That night Cat Gunsmith defeated Antoine Cetacea to become the inaugural PGA World Heavyweight Wrestling Champion.

Crowning a Champion's Waist '09 was the first pay-per-view held in the post-unionization era of PGA. That event saw Ben Crane defeat Rusty Cooledge in the finals of a tournament to become PGA World Heavyweight Wrestling Champion.
The following year's event, Crowning a Champion's Waist '10, was headlined by PGA World Heavyweight Wrestling Champion King Falcon defeating Lester Balaam Jackson.
